7+ years making SaaS platforms more reliable, more scalable, and a little more cloud native. Right now, I own reliability and observability across a portfolio of PE-backed SaaS products.

These days, I'm standardizing reliability across a big SaaS portfolio. Some weeks that means cutting incident noise. Other weeks it's modernizing an older platform, wrangling a fragmented ecosystem into something consistent, or coaching engineering teams in the ways of SRE best practices.

I studied IT Management at Bloomsburg, live in Tampa, and spend my off-hours on football, chess, running, travel, food, history, cats, and video games, roughly in that order depending on the week.

Appointed platform owner for an international core banking SaaS on Azure that grew from 0 to 5M+ accounts in five years.
Picked for the EZRA executive coaching program for high-potential leaders.
Put AWS DevOps Agent to work across the whole portfolio. Faster incident response, sharper troubleshooting, wired straight into Terraform and Datadog.
Led 10+ migrations spanning on-prem infra, containerization, cloud infrastructure, and data.
Shipped AI-driven incident response workflows that killed countless hours of manual work and improved MTTR in the process.
Reduced Sev 1 incidents by over 70% in one year through better observability, real SLOs, and less cowboy system design.
Standardized observability across 20+ Datadog tenants, saving about $10K/mo and retiring ~700 legacy monitors.
